- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and long hours

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state and federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol
- Be knowledgeable about various beer, wine varieties, and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check the guest's ID in accordance with state and federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverages
- Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve or make decisions beyond standard scope
- Request additional products or restock products as needed
- Manage the issued bank at the bar
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Assist with setting up and breaking down bar equipment and organizing the cooler as required
