The company values customer service excellence and compliance with all safety and legal regulations, especially relating to alcohol service. Employees are encouraged to demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to their scheduled shifts and special events. This dedication to a high standard of service helps maintain its strong reputation and fosters guest satisfaction.
The role of the Bartender is vital to the company’s operations, responsible for the preparation and service of a wide range of beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Working in this position requires a personable and customer-centric individual who can maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, even during busy times. Bartenders must have an in-depth understanding of various beverages, including beers, wines, and spirits, and be adept at upselling products to enhance the guest experience.
In addition to beverage preparation, the Bartender ensures adherence to all state and federal regulations related to alcohol service. This includes checking IDs, responsibly pouring drinks, and managing guest behavior to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. The role also encompasses maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained, and supporting bar operations in setup, breakdown, and inventory management.
This position pays an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible, which provides additional earning potential based on personalized customer service. Given its part-time nature, it offers a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and long hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking supplementary income or experience in the hospitality industry. Importantly, this role not only demands technical skills in bartending but also interpersonal competence to interact effectively with guests and co-workers, contributing positively to the overall environment.
The company also provides attractive benefits for part-time employees, such as access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, promoting financial wellness and job loyalty. The commitment to employee wellbeing and ongoing support underscores the company’s recognition of the value its staff bring to the guest experience.
Overall, the Bartender position is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy engaging with diverse customers, and desire to grow within a respected company. The role is open until May 22, 2026, providing ample time for interested applicants to complete the full application process.
