Job Requirements
- Six months or more experience bartending in high volume environment
- Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system
- Ability to meet company standard of excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or ability to learn about various beer, wine and spirits available
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess or be willing to obtain valid ServSafe Alcohol certificate prior to working
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits available and suggestively upsell products
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check guest’s ID to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages
- Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Request additional product or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank at the bar
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Set up and breakdown bar equipment as required and assist with organization of the cooler
- Contact management when unable to resolve issues or decisions beyond scope
