The Bartender role at Oak View Group is a pivotal position within its vibrant and dynamic hospitality operations. This position involves the professional and personable service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to guests in high-energy, fast-paced event environments. Working as a Bartender at OVG means being part of a team that values exceptional guest service, adherence to company standards, and compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning alcohol distribution. The role requires individuals who can maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, handle cash accurately, and effectively communicate with guests and colleagues. This position is hourly with a competitive rate of $17.00 plus tips, highlighting OVG's commitment to fair compensation for quality work. As a Bartender, candidates are expected to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and a strong customer service mindset. Key responsibilities include serving drinks according to company standards, verifying guest identification to comply with legal age requirements, and responsibly managing intoxicated guests by de-escalating situations or involving management and security when necessary. Bartenders also play a crucial role in upselling products by knowing various beers, wines, and spirits and maintaining a stocked, well-organized bar. The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a readiness to work evenings, weekends, and long hours, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. OVG values diversity and inclusivity, fostering an environment that celebrates diverse backgrounds and perspectives, which is essential for driving innovation and providing exceptional guest experiences. This opportunity is open until September 18, 2026, inviting motivated individuals to join a world-class organization dedicated to disruption and excellence in the live entertainment industry.
