We are currently seeking a friendly, passionate, and enthusiastic bartender to join the team at Marco Polo. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting well-balanced drinks, enjoys interacting authentically with guests, and thrives in a fast-paced, energetic restaurant environment. The bartender is not only responsible for drink preparation but also plays a crucial part in creating an unforgettable guest experience by providing warm and personalized service that encourages repeat visits. Working closely with other team members, the successful candidate will ensure that the bar area remains organized, stocked, and welcoming, contributing to the seamless daily operations of the restaurant and hotel.

This position requires excellent skills in mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide variety of drinks—from mimosas during brunch, to craft cocktails tailored to the chef’s tasting menu, and espresso drinks on the go. The ideal bartender will have the ability to foster a pleasant, laidback atmosphere where guests feel valued and comfortable, turning first-time visitors into regular patrons. In addition to serving guests, this role involves inventory management including restocking and prepping the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and actively communicating with management about customer feedback and potential improvements.
