Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or related customer service role
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to manage cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing bar supplies including beverages, glassware, and perishables for seamless service
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- Monitor product quality by managing inventory and ensuring the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
- Address guest concerns professionally, managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
