Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or related customer service role
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages by mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
  • Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing bar supplies including beverages, glassware, and perishables for seamless service
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
  • Monitor product quality by managing inventory and ensuring the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
  • Address guest concerns professionally, managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
  • Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
