Hilton’s dedication to innovation and high standards is reflected in its ongoing mission to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

As a major player in the hospitality sector, Hilton provides not only an exceptional place for guests to stay but also a vibrant and rewarding work environment for its team members. The company deeply values its employees and prioritizes their well-being, career development, and work-life balance by offering comprehensive benefits and a dynamic corporate culture. The position demands proficiency in handling transactions efficiently and courteously, managing inventory, and addressing any guest concerns, including situations involving intoxicated guests, with professionalism and care.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who take pride in providing warmth and excellent customer service. Bartenders at Hilton also play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to safeguard the safety and satisfaction of both guests and team members. Employment with Hilton as a Bartender comes with a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a globally recognized hospitality leader that supports your growth and values your contributions.

Hilton further enhances the employment experience with an impressive suite of benefits designed to support team members both personally and professionally. These benefits include access to substantial travel discounts through the Go Hilton program, an employee stock purchase plan offering a 15% discount on company shares, paid parental leave for eligible employees, caregiving concierge services, mental health resources including counseling, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare plans, and retirement savings options. Such supportive measures underscore Hilton’s commitment to fostering a healthy, inclusive, and rewarding workplace.

Joining Hilton means becoming part of an award-winning culture that celebrates teamwork, integrity, leadership, and accountability. Whether starting a hospitality career or seeking new professional challenges, team members at Hilton are supported every step of the way, with access to career development resources and a community that values making every stay magical. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, while growing your skills in a dynamic and encouraging environment.
