Currently, Hilton Waikiki Beach is seeking an energetic On-Call Bartender to join their reputable Beverage Team. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $28.26 and is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a passion for guest service and beverage service within a dynamic hospitality setting. The On-Call Bartender will play a crucial role in providing exceptional food and beverage experiences across various venues, including the Lounge, Magic Show, Pool Bar, Banquets, and Restaurant areas within the resort. Key responsibilities of the role include taking food and beverage orders, efficiently serving guests with courtesy and professionalism, preparing a diverse array of drinks, handling payments, and assisting in maintaining the bar area to hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to upsell premium products to enhance guest satisfaction. The role demands attentiveness to guest needs, a friendly and positive "Can Do" attitude, and effective teamwork to ensure the seamless delivery of services. Additionally, proficiency in using the MICROS POS system for order entry and payment processing is essential. Job Requirements

- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders

- Utilize MICROS POS for order processing

- Follow Department of Health sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Comply with liquor control laws and regulations
- Perform side work and bar garnish preparation
