We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Bartender to join The Kendall Hotel’s team. This role demands genuine hospitality, quick thinking, and engaging service, from the guest’s initial greeting through to their departure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delight in making meaningful guest connections, and excel in preparing and presenting beverages with precision. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by understanding guests’ preferences, upselling creatively without being intrusive, and ensuring the smooth operations of the bar. The Bartender’s responsibilities include managing bar set-up and maintenance, accurately taking and executing orders, collaborating with restaurant servers and kitchen staff, handling stock and inventory management, and ensuring proper cash handling and security protocols. Attention to detail, strong memorization skills for regular guests’ preferences, and a personable demeanor are essential qualities for success in this role. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the demands of this hospitality environment.

Compensation for the Bartender position ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting the candidate’s unique qualifications, experience, and skill set.
