The Kendall Hotel, an esteemed property within the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities, nestled in the innovative Kendall Square neighborhood of Cambridge, Massachusetts. It boasts 73 distinctive guest rooms and over 1,000 square feet of meeting space, making it an ideal destination for both leisure and business travelers. The Kendall Hotel carries historic significance, being one of the only 19th-century buildings in the area and a member of Historic Hotels of America. This landmark property offers employees the remarkable opportunity to contribute to preserving cultural heritage while supporting the vibrant, tech-driven community surrounding MIT.
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Bartender to join The Kendall Hotel’s team. This role demands genuine hospitality, quick thinking, and engaging service, from the guest’s initial greeting through to their departure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delight in making meaningful guest connections, and excel in preparing and presenting beverages with precision. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by understanding guests’ preferences, upselling creatively without being intrusive, and ensuring the smooth operations of the bar. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the demands of this hospitality environment.
Compensation for the Bartender position ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting the candidate’s unique qualifications, experience, and skill set.
