- ability to communicate effectively with Guests Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License

Job Duties
- Practice support and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort's ELITE company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times
- Take drink orders and offer specials by describing the method of preparation and price for each
- Make other drink recommendations up-selling when possible
- Prepare drinks to proper Thunder Valley standards and specifications
- Record transactions into the point-of-sale POS system following established Thunder Valley procedures
- Ensure that all Guests are of legal drinking age and that they are not over-served following Company and Department procedures
- Ensure that beverage stations are properly stocked and that products are fresh and rotated
