Known for its unique blend of entertainment and quality service, this restaurant is more than just a place to eat — it's a destination where guests are treated like friends. The establishment prides itself on creating an atmosphere that encourages customers to become loyal patrons by delivering consistently outstanding hospitality and culinary delights. As a part of this dynamic team, every employee contributes to upholding the brand's mission of making each visit memorable and enjoyable for patrons.

The role we are offering is for a Bartender who is passionate about delivering high-quality guest service in a lively and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that focuses on maintaining the bar's efficiency, cleanliness, and overall service quality while collaborating closely with fellow team members. The Bartender is responsible for taking orders, handling payments, and managing inventory related to bar supplies. Equally important is adherence to health and food safety standards, as well as liquor service laws.

Responsibilities include creating handcrafted beverages with attention to recipe consistency and presentation, engaging with guests to guide them through the food and beverage menu, and responding promptly to their needs throughout their visit. The candidate must embody a friendly and pleasant attitude, contribute to a teamwork-driven workplace, and ensure compliance with all established policies including dress code and safety regulations. The Bartender must also demonstrate accountability by accurately balancing cash drawers and reporting 100% of tips. This role is vital in fostering repeat business by providing attentive service and avoiding guest complaints.

Ideal applicants will have prior bartender experience, preferably in environments with high customer volume, and a service-minded attitude aligned with restaurant hospitality. Certification in food safety or alcohol service management is mandatory, reflecting the establishment's commitment to responsible and lawful beverage service. Physical requirements include standing for prolonged periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and possessing reliable transportation. The position requires an individual who can communicate effectively in English and handle basic computer functions for operational tasks.

Joining as a Bartender means becoming part of a team that values innovation, guest satisfaction, and a working culture where employees grow and contribute positively. This position does not hold supervisory responsibilities but offers significant opportunities for personal and professional development in the hospitality industry.
