The role of Bartender Non-Tipped at Sodexo, located at LOT POLISH AIRLINES ORD, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. This position involves working varying shifts, including days, some weekends, and holidays, with specific schedules provided during the interview process. As a Bartender Non-Tipped, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by promptly mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons, either directly or through waitstaff. You will collaborate closely with servers and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient bar service experience for customers.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, crafting and serving drinks with appropriate garnishes following beverage recipes, and maintaining a well-stocked and fully equipped bar area. Accurate opening inventories and timely restocking via orders are essential to keep operations smooth. Physical stamina is important, as the role requires walking, standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds occasionally. Bartenders must perform repetitive motions and remain attentive and courteous when interacting with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
This position is ideal for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent and up to one year of relevant experience. While bartending experience and mixology skills are preferred, Sodexo primarily seeks candidates who meet the legal age requirements for alcohol service and the capability to learn and perform the job tasks effectively. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Receive customers, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
- ensure assigned bar area is fully stocked with tools and products needed for drink preparation

- be courteous, diplomatic and attentive when dealing with customers
- walk or move around frequently during shifts
- be able to stand or walk for long periods possibly exceeding 8 hours
- reach, bend, stoop, push or pull and frequently lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- perform repetitive motions
- attend work and arrive on time with sufficient regularity
- perform other assigned tasks depending on business needs and client requirements
