Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- preferred ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol or work as a bartender according to local and state regulations

Job Duties
- Receive customers, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, create recipes for drinks with appropriate garnishes
- ensure the assigned bar area is fully stocked with tools and products needed to mix and serve drinks
- prepare accurate start-of-shift counts and place inventory or purchase orders as necessary to replenish supplies
- be friendly, diplomatic, and attentive when dealing with customers
- walk or circulate significantly during the shift
- maintain the ability to stand or walk for long periods, which may exceed 8 hours
- perform reaching, bending, crouching, pushing and/or pulling, frequently lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving 50 pounds
- perform repetitive motions
- attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, which may vary depending on business needs and client requirements
