This position is for a full-time Bartender Non-Tipped role at the Qantas Airways Lounge, managed by Sodexo. The hourly pay is set at $25.00. The role requires flexibility with shift schedules, with details provided during the interview. As a bartender in this premium airport lounge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by mixing, crafting, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages swiftly and efficiently either directly to patrons or via waitstaff. You will work harmoniously with other team members including servers and bar personnel to ensure a seamless and satisfying guest experience.

The bartender will be essential in maintaining an orderly and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all tools and ingredients are available and properly managed to avoid waste. Inventory management is part of the role, including preparing accurate counts at the start of shifts and issuing purchase orders to replenish supplies. The job involves substantial walking and standing for extended periods, often exceeding eight hours, requiring stamina and the ability to perform repetitive movements including reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Customer interaction is a critical aspect, demanding a courteous and diplomatic attitude to meet and exceed guest expectations.
