The Bartender Non-Tipped position at Sodexo, located within Lehigh University, offers a part-time employment opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. This role involves working during weekends with varying shifts, which will be detailed further during the interview process. The position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and who enjoy preparing and serving a variety of beverages.

As a Non-Tipped Bartender, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensuring that the bar area is fully stocked and well-maintained. You will collaborate closely with servers and other team members to guarantee swift and efficient service for patrons. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage inventory accurately by preparing starting counts and issuing requisitions to replenish supplies as needed. Physical stamina is important as bartenders must be able to walk or stand for extended periods, sometimes exceeding eight hours per shift, and be capable of performing repetitive movements and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Sodexo encourages candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and up to one year of relevant experience to apply. Preference is given to those who have some knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology. Candidates must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol according to local and state regulations.
