- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening availability
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

- Availability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
- Minimum of 2 years high-volume bartending experience
- Basic math skills for POS operation and cash handling
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Ice, mix, garnish and present drinks according to company standards
- Input orders into the Point of Sale system
- Handle cash, coupons, and credit card payments accurately
- Maintain proper bar setup daily
- Follow closing procedures including locking up and securing bank
- Load/unload and polish glassware
- Ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs
- Perform assigned side work
- Conduct general cleaning tasks using standard hotel products
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by Food and Beverage Management
