Job Description
Located in the vibrant La Cantera area of San Antonio, our new restaurant is set to open its doors in October 2024. Spanning an impressive 12,000 square feet, the venue features multiple private dining rooms and a captivating outdoor area designed to provide guests a unique and memorable dining experience. Our restaurant embraces the rich culture and charm of Texas, committed to delivering high-quality, farm-to-fork cuisine complemented by an impressive selection of wine, whiskey, and handcrafted cocktails. We aim to become the go-to destination for locals and visitors seeking exceptional dining in a welcoming atmosphere that reflects southern hospitality.
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is not only a master of mixology but also an enthusiastic storyteller keen to enhance the entire guest experience. As a Bartender at our restaurant, you will be responsible for crafting unique cocktails that reflect the essence of Texas and pairing drinks expertly with our chef-inspired menu. You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision and speed are critical, yet so is the connection you build with each guest. Our bartenders are more than just drink makers - they are tour guides for our guests’ dining journey, offering insights into the farm-to-fork stories behind our locally sourced ingredients and beverage selections.
This position demands a blend of technical skill, creativity, and genuine hospitality. You will maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring every cocktail is a work of art and every guest feels welcome and valued. Our bartenders shine with their extensive knowledge of whiskey, wine, and spirits and possess an unwavering passion for their craft. They take pride in their role, balancing showmanship with efficiency, and embody the spirit of southern hospitality. The job offers a unique opportunity for growth with pathways to management and leadership roles, supported by a culture that encourages development and promotes from within.
In addition to being a key member of our service team, you will enjoy competitive hourly wages and benefits that include medical insurance for those working an average of 30 hours per week, and a 401k plan available to employees 21 years or older after one year of service. Our restaurant is an equal opportunity employer committed to maintaining a legal workforce through participation in the E-Verify program. We uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and employee rights in accordance with federal employment laws.
If you are ready to put on your boots, polish your glassware, and open a bottle of the best wine, we invite you to join our team and become part of something exciting and new. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to craft unforgettable experiences in a setting that celebrates Texas-sized hospitality and culinary excellence.
