Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is essential in delivering an extraordinary guest experience by embracing service with a story and crafting memorable drinks that reflect both traditional favorites and creative innovations. The ideal candidate will share their passion and knowledge about our menu offerings, fostering a fun and positive environment for all guests. They will be responsible for taking and processing food orders at the bar, ensuring accuracy and efficient service, which is vital in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that Magnolia Hotel Houston is known for.

The Bartender will be a key advocate of our menu, engaging guests with personalized recommendations and sharing insights about available food, beverages, and hotel amenities to enhance their overall experience. This role demands flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. This position requires relevant certifications, including County Specific Food Handlers Certification and State-specific alcohol certification or TIPs certification.
