Fort Bliss Centennial Banquet and Conference Center is a premier event venue located within the Fort Bliss military installation. The role being offered at this venue is focused on the service and management of beverage operations as part of the hospitality team. This position involves the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in various events held at the Center. Given the unique nature of this military-associated location, staff are expected to adhere to strict standards concerning age requirements and conduct while providing excellent customer service. The position involves physically handling inventory and bill calculations, demanding a basic level of math proficiency and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic event environment.
