Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a skilled mixologist or bartender, preferably in a renowned cocktail bar or upscale establishment
- Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology
- Demonstrated ability to craft unique and balanced cocktails that leave a lasting impression
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage and interact with guests
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle a high-paced environment
- Creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or college degree
- Food handler certificate
- California RBS certificate
- Sexual harassment certificate
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
