Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality
- Completion of bartender certification or related special certifications preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation
- Professional and warm demeanor consistent with company culture
- Prior experience in a hotel bar setting is a plus
Job Duties
- Craft classic and creative beverages that delight guests
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage bar inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
