Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- warm and professional demeanor consistent with company culture
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in bartending or hospitality
- completion of bartender certification preferred
- strong mixology skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- experience in hotel or bar settings is a plus
Job Duties
- Craft classic and innovative cocktails to delight guests
- engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- manage bar inventory and supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- comply with food and beverage safety and sanitation standards
- report to Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- ensure a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at the bar
