Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months bartending experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Certification or ability to be certified in responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills for transactions
  • Capability to perform repetitive manual tasks

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months experience
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
  • Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
  • Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles)
  • Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions
  • Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash

  • Stay ahead of trends and innovations, continuously expanding your repertoire of signature cocktails and techniques to surprise and delight discerning guests
