As a Bartender, you are expected to be a knowledgeable beverage ambassador, sharing your expertise on spirits, wines, and cocktails while continuously expanding your repertoire with new trends and innovative drink-making techniques. Attention to detail and presentation are paramount, as the appearance of each cocktail reflects the establishment's commitment to excellence. Your role is fast-paced and demanding, requiring you to multitask efficiently and work effectively under pressure during busy service periods.

This full-time position demands flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and some holidays, supporting a high-volume and energetic environment where every guest interaction is an opportunity to provide remarkable service. Physical stamina is essential due to the required ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move moderate weights, and perform repetitive manual tasks safely and skillfully.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
  • frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive arm and hand movements
  • ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30-40 pounds
  • manual dexterity to pour, mix, garnish, and handle glassware safely
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • tolerance for exposure to noise, crowded spaces, and varying temperatures
  • ability to multitask efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months experience
  • able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • able to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
  • able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
  • certified in or able to be certified in responsible alcohol service as required by state or local law
  • able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location verbally and written
