Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as a bartender
- Ability to work long and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wine
- Ability to create and serve drinks quickly
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Must have access to email for workplace communication

- Ability to transport up to 50 lbs continuously
- Access to a working email for communication with managers
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from restaurant servers or guests
- Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages according to company standards
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
- Provide information on wine characteristics and serve wine using proper techniques
- Work with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes
- Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
- Handle cash bank and follow cash handling procedures
- Collect payment and balance receipts
- Ensure bar area is fully equipped and prepare inventory or purchase requisitions
- Serve food items to bar guests
- Maintain cleanliness of working area
- Organize catering storage areas
- Attend mandatory meetings
- Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
