Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of bartending or related experience
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- prior bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods
- food safety and alcohol service certification preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and serve beverages directly to guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- verify identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age
- engage with guests to create a welcoming experience
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels
