Job Requirements
- A solid understanding of mixology bar equipment and sanitation standards
- a friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- previous bartending experience that can be built upon and showcased
- knowledge of state and local serving guidelines is preferred
- must have open availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years bartending experience
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must be 21 years of age or older
- TABC and Food Handler certification
- comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions including hot and humid
Job Duties
- Create and serve a variety of beverages offering personalized recommendations to our guests
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in mixology and use state-of-the-art bar equipment
- Maintain a clean and attractive bar area ensuring all sanitation standards are met
- Engage in casual conversations with guests making their experience memorable
