Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
  • Frequent bending reaching twisting and repetitive arm and hand movements
  • Ability to lift carry and move items weighing up to 30 to 40 pounds such as kegs ice bins and cases
  • Manual dexterity to pour mix garnish and handle glassware safely
  • Tolerance for exposure to noise crowded spaces and varying temperatures
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast paced high volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a bartender or in a similar role
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Legal age to prepare serve and ring alcoholic beverages
  • Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
  • Certification or ability to become certified in responsible alcohol service as required by law
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language of the work location both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a wide range of unique and delicious cocktails showcasing mixology skills and attention to detail
  • Engage with guests recommending drinks and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available and properly stocked
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of glassware and bar equipment
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while multitasking efficiently and responding quickly to customer needs
  • Maintain physical stamina to perform duties including lifting and manual dexterity required for safe handling of equipment and ingredients
