Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Frequent bending reaching twisting and repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to lift carry and move items weighing up to 30 to 40 pounds such as kegs ice bins and cases
- Manual dexterity to pour mix garnish and handle glassware safely
- Tolerance for exposure to noise crowded spaces and varying temperatures
- Ability to multitask efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs
- Physical stamina to work in a fast paced high volume environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Legal age to prepare serve and ring alcoholic beverages
- Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
- Certification or ability to become certified in responsible alcohol service as required by law
- Effective communication skills in the primary language of the work location both verbal and written
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide range of unique and delicious cocktails showcasing mixology skills and attention to detail
- Engage with guests recommending drinks and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available and properly stocked
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of glassware and bar equipment
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while multitasking efficiently and responding quickly to customer needs
- Maintain physical stamina to perform duties including lifting and manual dexterity required for safe handling of equipment and ingredients
