Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year of bar experience
  • knowledge of spirits and wine
  • ability to create craft artisan cocktails
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to operate a cash register and handle monetary transactions
  • ability to understand and communicate in basic English
  • sufficient manual dexterity for bar tasks
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • must comply with attendance and company policies
  • able to work as part of a team

  • Professional and energetic
  • high school education or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year of bar experience with knowledge of spirits and wine
  • ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • hotel experience preferred
  • must be able to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies based on daily projections
  • maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality
  • greet guests courteously, promote and document drink orders, mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
  • comply with all state, federal, and corporate regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages
  • input orders into the register and create checks for all guests to maintain accountability
  • handle cash transactions accurately, verify charges, and ensure proper execution of vouchers to balance cash
  • lock and store all beverage, food, and equipment items securely and manage cash deposits
  • comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
  • perform any other job-related duties as assigned
