Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- Certification in alcohol service depending on location
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Experience in customer service and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness focus
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Alcohol service certification required depending on location
- Food safety and sanitation certification may be required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and guest preferences
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages quickly and efficiently, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system including cash and credit cards
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized including countertops and storage areas
- Ensure all alcohol service complies with legal drinking age laws and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering supplies
