Job Duties
- Exceed guest expectations by providing friendly and professional service
- Serve guests with all steps of service to prioritize the guest experience
- Assist co-workers and support management proactively
- Prepare beverages following company recipes and guidelines
- Take orders and interact with guests in a welcoming manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar prep area and bar
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and hotel services
