Job Requirements
- You are of legal age to serve alcohol
- You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
- You have legible handwriting
- You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
- You have a valid Operator's License
- U.S. Work Authorization (required)

- You have wine experience and/or certification
- You have one year bartending experience

Job Duties
- Take customers' food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
- Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
- Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
