The role of Bartender at Lucia Mexican Grill is essential to the success of the bar and restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
  • high school or equivalent education required
  • Union Pour Card
  • Food Service Handler Card and TABC certification that is currently valid for a minimum of at least 6 months
  • skills and abilities necessary for effective performance typically acquired through five years bartending or similar experience or through progressive promotion and training within the Beverage department
  • preferred 1-2 years' experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge
  • familiarity with superior customer service skills required
  • must have the ability to lead and supervise

Job Duties

  • Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers and guests using prescribed recipes
