As a Bartender at Kinseth Hotel Corporation, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages with excellent service and attention to detail. In this role, you will creatively and accurately mix drinks using tools such as shot glasses, jiggers, or automatic pourers, while exercising good judgment to ensure responsible alcohol service. You will also handle cash transactions according to prescribed procedures and manage inventory by ordering liquors and supplies as needed. Maintaining an attractive and organized bar area, including garnishing drinks, replenishing bar snacks, and enforcing strict adherence to opening and closing times for alcohol service, are essential functions of the job.

You will be expected to uphold Kinseth Hotel Corporation’s policies, including dress code, safety standards, and performance expectations, to maintain a professional image and contribute to a safe and welcoming atmosphere. As this is a non-supervisory role, it focuses on individual contribution and guest interaction. Certification in alcohol awareness is required either before hire or shortly thereafter. The position demands physical stamina, as it includes standing, walking, lifting items up to 100 pounds occasionally, and working in varying temperature environments.
