Stahl and established in 1969, spans 130 scenic acres with 200-year-old live oak trees that create an inviting and picturesque golf setting. Live Oaks Golf Club is currently seeking talented and motivated Bartenders to join its team. This full-time role involves much more than just serving drinks; it requires a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and orderly bar area, preparing garnishes, and ensuring that all supplies are ready prior to opening. Bartenders play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages including liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages, all with attention to detail and quality. Candidates will be expected to uphold all legal standards by checking identification and enforcing regulations regarding alcohol consumption. Additionally, they will assist food servers and hostesses as needed to maintain smooth operations.

The position demands a strong sense of responsibility as bartenders must handle complaints professionally and report issues promptly to management, maintain accurate inventory and records daily, and ensure compliance with company policies as well as relevant health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to a positive guest experience. With a workplace setting that includes indoor areas near grill and fryer stations, bartenders should be prepared to work amidst occasional loud noise levels.

Physical demands of the job include prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Physical agility such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and using hand coordination will be required. The ability to see with close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception is also important to safely and effectively perform the job functions.
