Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a calm demeanor and the capability to manage guest interactions positively and professionally, even during peak hours. Familiarity with food and beverage regulations, specifically Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification, is preferred, ensuring compliance and safety in all service activities.

The Bartender’s duties extend beyond drink preparation to include operational responsibilities like managing POS entries, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and handling financial transactions discreetly. Additionally, the role includes cost control tasks such as pouring drinks at proper levels, minimizing waste, and conducting accurate inventory assessments. This comprehensive involvement ensures smooth bar operations while supporting overall restaurant goals and customer satisfaction.
