The Bartender role is a vital position within our operations, focusing on preparing and serving drinks while cultivating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. This role requires a customer-focused individual who excels at multitasking and maintaining an organized environment under pressure. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, capable of offering recommendations and insights to customers based on their preferences. Key to this position is the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional personalized service that turns good experiences into memorable ones. As the face of our beverage service, the Bartender acts as the ultimate host, representing the brand’s values and commitment to quality at every interaction.
This full-time position demands flexibility, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our diverse and busy customer base. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a calm demeanor and the capability to manage guest interactions positively and professionally, even during peak hours. Familiarity with food and beverage regulations, specifically Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification, is preferred, ensuring compliance and safety in all service activities.
The Bartender’s duties extend beyond drink preparation to include operational responsibilities like managing POS entries, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and handling financial transactions discreetly. Additionally, the role includes cost control tasks such as pouring drinks at proper levels, minimizing waste, and conducting accurate inventory assessments. This comprehensive involvement ensures smooth bar operations while supporting overall restaurant goals and customer satisfaction. Our team culture encourages collaboration with floor managers and other staff to create a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification

Job Duties
- Greet all customers with a friendly smile
- provide friendly, efficient, and personal service to each customer
- take food and drink orders
- understand the food and beverage menu to articulate the best possible description and make appropriate recommendations to your guests
- demonstrate an in-depth understanding of liquor, wine and beer, including specialty drinks
- accurately and efficiently enter orders into POS system
- clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest visit
