Quick problem-solving skills are essential to address any staffing challenges, supply shortages, or guest concerns that arise during the festivals. Post-event reporting will provide valuable insights into sales performance, staff effectiveness, and areas for ongoing improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of Happy Group’s festival experiences.

This leadership role not only focuses on operational excellence but also on cultivating a fun, respectful, and high-performing team culture perfect for those who thrive in energetic, music-driven settings. Candidates must be available for all festival dates and prepared for long hours on their feet, outdoors, and in a dynamic environment.
