Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years bartending experience in high-volume or upscale settings
  • Knowledge of mixology and beverage service
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
  • Legal age for alcohol service and relevant certifications
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale restaurant or resort
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and wine/beer offerings
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including poolside
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain composure in fast-paced service situations
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and possess any required state/local certifications
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak resort seasons

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service to bar guests and poolside patrons
  • Assist with poolside service operations, including drink delivery to lounge areas and outdoor seating
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of both indoor and outdoor bars
  • Uphold garnish preparation, proper glassware use, and standard recipes to ensure consistency
  • Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service protocols
  • Take food and beverage orders when needed and input into the POS system accurately
  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences and engage in genuine hospitality and conversation
  • Support setup and breakdown of bar service areas, including during private or resort events
  • Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support seamless service
  • Other duties as assigned
