The available role is for a Bartender at the Drury Hotel location on 5175 28th Street SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an hourly position paying $14 plus tips, with shifts primarily from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Thursday through Saturday. The position requires excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members, demonstrating professionalism even in challenging situations. The Bartender must have a good working knowledge of the hotel, the local area, and current events to engage guests and provide helpful information upon request. This role demands the ability to handle money responsibly, operate point-of-sale systems, and manage the supplies and cleanliness of the bar area.
