Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years old or older
  • one year bartending experience required
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to operate cash register and POS software
  • ability to handle money and make change
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • able to maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • must be 21 years old or older
  • minimum of one year bartending experience required
  • two or more years bartending experience preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of two years college preferred
  • ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • open and close hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain food prep and bar area in a clean and organized manner
  • serve and assist guests while promoting high standards of integrity and hospitality
  • mix and serve a wide variety of drinks efficiently
  • perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed
  • handle money, make change, and utilize office machines such as cash registers and POS software
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members and manage difficult situations diplomatically
