The available role is for a Bartender at the Drury Hotel location on 5175 28th Street SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an hourly position paying $14 plus tips, with shifts primarily from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Thursday through Saturday. The job offers quarterly bonus potential of up to $3,200 annually, which is separate from the base salary, along with opportunities for career growth within the company. As a Bartender, you will play an essential role in opening and closing the hotel's kitchen and bar area, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures to maintain an organized, clean, and professional environment.
