Job Requirements
- must be 21 years old or older
- one year bartending experience required
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to operate cash register and POS software
- ability to handle money and make change
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- able to maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years old or older
- minimum of one year bartending experience required
- two or more years bartending experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of two years college preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- open and close hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
- maintain food prep and bar area in a clean and organized manner
- serve and assist guests while promoting high standards of integrity and hospitality
- mix and serve a wide variety of drinks efficiently
- perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed
- handle money, make change, and utilize office machines such as cash registers and POS software
- communicate effectively with guests and team members and manage difficult situations diplomatically
