Job Description
PAH Management is a dynamic and progressive company committed to creating value for its investors by maximizing profitability, cultivating a resilient culture, and developing impactful teams. As an equal opportunity employer, PAH Management fosters an inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated, and every employee is empowered to contribute to the organization’s success. The company operates within the accommodation and food services industry, providing memorable experiences for its guests through dedicated service and quality offerings.
PAH Management offers an extensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and professional growth of its employees. Among these benefits are comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, short-term and long-term disability plans, term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and voluntary life insurance options for employees and their families. Other valuable benefits include accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, paid time off to balance work and personal life, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan to help secure employees’ futures. The company also incentivizes performance with an employee incentive program and offers unique perks such as hotel stay discounts and educational reimbursement programs. Additionally, PAH Management supports career advancement through its Manager in Training program.
The Bartender-Hourly position at PAH Management is pivotal in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is essential in the food and beverage segment of the hospitality industry, where the bartender acts as the face of the establishment, engaging directly with guests to ensure their needs are met in an efficient and pleasant manner. The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine, following standardized recipes and adhering to company quality standards. Maintaining a clean, organized bar environment is equally important, ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met.
In this role, the bartender will operate with professionalism and friendliness, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. The role requires vigilance in enforcing legal regulations related to alcohol service, including verifying the legal drinking age of customers and monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure safe service. Handling cash and credit transactions accurately through point-of-sale (POS) systems is also a key responsibility, necessitating attention to detail and trustworthiness.
Working at PAH Management as a bartender means being part of a collaborative team that supports one another during busy periods and special events. The position demands physical stamina for standing long hours and managing tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and managing bar equipment. Candidates with prior experience in the food and beverage industry, knowledge of mixology, and those certified in responsible alcohol service (such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification) will find themselves well-prepared to excel in this role. The company values communication skills, multitasking ability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
This hourly position offers the opportunity to develop professionally within a supportive and growth-oriented company, making it ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding career in hospitality. Bartenders at PAH Management are not merely beverage servers; they are crucial contributors to the guest experience and ambassadors of the company’s values. If you are passionate about hospitality, customer service, and teamwork, and are looking for an engaging role with strong benefits, PAH Management invites you to apply and become part of their impactful team.
