The establishment emphasizes a work culture that treats all employees with dignity and respect regardless of their position and promotes honesty, dependability, and continuous personal growth. The environment is indoor, climate-controlled, and non-smoking, providing both employees and guests a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Communication skills are crucial for this role, as the employee is expected to communicate clearly and concisely, and bilingual and multicultural experience is preferred to better serve a diverse clientele. The use of a smartphone capable of running company applications, email, and text messaging is mandatory, with options available for employees to obtain a company-issued smartphone through a payroll deduction program if necessary.

Essential mental functions for this position include strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle conflict situations adeptly, and multitasking capabilities, all critical in a fast-paced bar environment. Physical requirements demand frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting which can reach up to or exceed 100 pounds. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to perform safely and efficiently under busy, customer-focused conditions. Employees will use point-of-sale systems, standard commercial bar and restaurant equipment, and smartphones to effectively carry out their duties.
