Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible days and shifts
Must be at least 18 years old
Must comply with local liquor laws and regulations
Strong service oriented attitude
Ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
Knowledge of drink preparation and mixology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of a bar/lounge in compliance of the liquor commission
Must be able to work flexible days and shifts
Have a strong service oriented attitude
Able to work well with others
