Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods up to 4-8 hours
- Capability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements including grasping, bending, twisting, and fine hand manipulation
- Ability to occasionally push, pull, reach above shoulder, kneel, squat
- Ability to lift or carry items weighing 0-25 pounds continuously, 26-50 pounds occasionally, and over 50 pounds rarely
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Strong multitasking and fast working ability
Job Qualifications
- Ability to provide maniacal hospitality and service where everything matters
- Passion for tacos and tequila
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day and know them by name
- Stock the bar and ensure it looks clean and detailed daily
- Clean the workstation and bar area
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Make every drink with precision
