Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve signature cocktails with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all bar patrons
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine's and Virgil's locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and complete end-of-day reconciliation
  • Support servers by assisting with table orders during peak times
  • Follow all beverage recipes precisely for both bar and dining room service
  • Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
