- Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality
- Ability to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to guests and team
- Fluency in English
- Open flexibility to work various shifts
- Knowledge of fine wine and spirits

- Knowledge of fine wine and spirits
- Strong passion for hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented and accurate with money handling

- Fluency in English
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve signature cocktails with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all bar patrons
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine's and Virgil's locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering opportunities
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and complete end-of-day reconciliation
- Support servers by assisting with table orders during peak times
- Follow all beverage recipes precisely for both bar and dining room service
- Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
