In this position, you will be expected to promote and embody Mecha Noodle Bar's mission by delivering standout customer service and supporting the overall operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities include crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard and signature recipes, handling transactions securely, verifying guest age for alcohol service according to state laws, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the bar area consistent with Department of Health regulations. You will also assist with inventory restocking and bar maintenance, ensuring the space is operationally efficient and welcoming. Team collaboration and flexibility are essential as you will occasionally fill in for other team members to maintain service standards and smooth daily operations.
