Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or relevant hospitality experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand and walk for 4-8 hours
- Capable of performing hand and wrist work including grasping, bending, and twisting
- Ability to occasionally push, pull, reach above shoulder, kneel or squat
- Ability to lift or carry weights ranging from 0-50+ pounds
Job Qualifications
- Ability to provide maniacal hospitality and service where everything matters
- Passion for tacos and tequila
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day and know them by name
- Stock and maintain the bar, ensuring cleanliness and detailed presentation daily
- Clean the workstation and bar area
- Make drink suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Prepare every drink with precision
