Job Duties
- Build craft cocktails fast and consistent shortcuts don't
- Work a Mediterranean-forward program that pairs with shareable plates
- Engage guests rooftop regulars, hotel guests from around the world, and downtown after-work crowds
- Manage your well, your backbar, and your station like you own it
- Handle POS, tabs, and cash-outs
- Card every guest who looks under 40 every time no exceptions
- Partner with servers, barbacks, and the kitchen to keep tickets moving
- Open, close, and restock per the bar checklist leave the station as it was left for you
