- Ability to maintain speed and accuracy under pressure
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

- TABC and food handler certifications or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve in coordination with food and beverage standards with technical precision
- Execute specialty recipes seasonal features and custom VIP requests with accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items wines top-shelf spirits and cocktails
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked clean and organized before during and after service
- Coordinate seamlessly with servers and VIP staff for smooth timely service
- Uphold all responsible alcohol service standards in alignment with TABC and venue policy
- Bring energy confidence and charisma to every shift while staying composed under pressure
