The role of a Concessions Bartender at Legends Global is vital in creating memorable experiences through exceptional beverage service at various event venues. Responsible for positive guest interactions, this role requires a friendly and efficient approach to mixing and serving drinks both to guests and servers. The Concessions Bartender uses an expert knowledge of high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fresh herbs, fruits, and spices to craft sensational beverages. Beyond mixing drinks, the position involves greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining compliance with company standards and legal regulations. An essential aspect of the job entails careful attention to detail in maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is well-equipped, organized, and clean for smooth operations.

Additionally, the bartender collaborates with the culinary team to create mixers and garnishes, provides professional wine service including making informed recommendations, and handles cash transactions responsibly following established procedures. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wines, display excellent guest relations skills, and maintain a neat appearance and high personal hygiene standards. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours, is necessary to meet the demands of event schedules. The pay rate for this position is $16.90 per hour.
