The Bartender must also be familiar with responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying guest identification and monitoring behavior to comply with legal requirements. The position demands experience in bartending within convention centers, hotels, banquet halls, or other high-volume settings, along with knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and mixology techniques. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves standing for extended periods and lifting or pushing moderate weights. Flexibility in working hours is important since events occur during nights, weekends, holidays, and based on event schedules. Preferred candidates will hold a current alcohol service certification such as ServSafe Alcohol or TIPS.
